Sister. Debera called me Diane or baby sister |

Debera is 4 years older than me, and i remember growing up she seem to be much older than i was, she was always so mature for her age, she was always helping around the house doing her chores, and cooking, being responsible with her home work singing in the choir at Garfield High School, going to Church and singing in the Church Choir, never giving my parents any grief, i'm so thankful that she never beat me up, never laid a hand on me, Debera and i have never not once had a arguement or raised our voices at each other, there were times when we didnt agree on everything, but we never disrespected each other. I will miss her Love, her willingness to listen and help solve problems, her honesty her willingness to give her time, her effort, and money, she was always looking for ways to help. I will truely miss my big Sister!!! She was such a wonderful Sister!!!
Back in the day before there were Blu-Rays, DVDs, or even VHS, Aunt Debera used to rent film projectors and go find these films on these hugre reels... just like the movie theaters use.
She would put a white sheet on the wall with thumb tacks, make popcorn in a big iron pot, turn out the lights and we would have movie night!
Now remember, VCRs didn't really take off until 15-20 years later!
Those nights were magic.
